HZS50 Concrete Batching Plant – Brazil

Project Story (March 2025)

In March 2025, a mid-sized construction company in São Paulo began building three residential buildings in a densely populated urban area. They required a compact concrete batching plant that could fit on a limited site while producing high-quality, consistent concrete.

Henan Haolu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied the HZS50 plant with a JS750 twin-shaft mixer, automated dosing and weighing system, and compact aggregate handling setup. Installation was completed within two weeks despite narrow access roads, and the plant was commissioned with full training for on-site operators.

Detailed Project Outcome

• Production Volume: The HZS50 plant consistently produced 45–50 m³/hour. Over a typical 8-hour shift, daily output reached approximately 360–400 m³. The cumulative output over the project duration (March–May 2025) exceeded 8,000 m³.
  
• Automation & Control: Operators utilized the PLC-based control system to monitor mix ratios, water content, and additives in real-time. Automatic alarms prevented incorrect batching, reducing potential errors by more than 90%.
  
• Equipment Performance:
• Project Efficiency: Due to the plant’s compact design and automated operations, the construction team maintained continuous pouring schedules. Concrete deliveries were made on time, reducing idle labor and machine downtime.
  
• Material Control: Accurate weighing systems and real-time monitoring minimized material waste. The client reported a reduction of approximately 5% in cement and aggregate consumption compared to manual batching methods.
